Terms and Conditions

By reserving and using equipment from Balearic Paddle Rush, you agree to the terms set out here. All rentals are offered subject to availability and to the honest assessment of weather and sea conditions on the day of your session; we reserve the right to delay, shorten, or reschedule an outing when wind, swell, or safety concerns make paddling unwise, and we will always try to offer a suitable alternative time or a fair adjustment where possible. Renters confirm that they can swim comfortably, are in reasonable health, and will follow the safety briefing, wear the leash provided, and use any recommended buoyancy aid. Boards, paddles, and accessories remain our property throughout the rental and must be returned in the same condition, allowing for normal wear; any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or ignoring staff guidance may incur a reasonable repair or replacement charge. Participants take part at their own risk and accept responsibility for their own actions on the water, including staying within advised areas, respecting other water users and marine life, and supervising any children or dependents in their group. We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended, for injury or loss arising from failure to follow instructions, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds follow the arrangements confirmed at the time of reservation, and by proceeding you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions in full. © 2026 All Rights Reserved.
